Are there a 3G version unlocked to use here in Brazil???

If you wanted both of those items, it's insanely good, yes.  Cheapest you'd find a Vita is about £190, cheapest you'd find a 500GB PS3 is about £220 (at a push maybe a little less, but I've never seen it for chepaer than that).

So combined that's about £410 + £40 game = £450.  You'd be saving like £120.

As far as I know, no, but you better search a little. I remember by the launch that Sony didn't have plans for 3G at our country. I have a 3G Vita US model bought at launch and I can't use the 3G in Brasil.

That's a big problem here... so I'm searching outside Brasil to get one with 3G unlocked.
