There are probably hundred equivalent apps. That doesn't mean anyting. The music player I use isn't available on ios as well. If you are so worried about app situation why are you getting a WP device?

That's a good point because I can't find one music player that works better than the avaliable in iOS.

I know you mean that, I just gave an example. Just because  developers make their application available on W8 doesn't mean they will make their application for RT or WP8 as well. There should be a demand first, it doesn''t really matter how easy it is. I don't think there will be a lack of apps, but even the catch up will take a lot of time.

i got myself a droid phone just recently, IMHO its os is better than iOS and im abit surprised it has that much market share, glad to know there are not that many Apple lovers out there. And no its not a cheap phone

For me what make iPhone/iOS unbeatable...

+ More performance with less hardware: the iOS works better with the hardware than Android, that means the next plus is...
+ Better baterry life: you don't need to charge every day like Android
+ Desing: classic, looks amazing and feels solid in your hand... I never seen a better-looking phone.
+ Simplicity: easy to find what you are looking for and easy menus... more simple = better
+ Typing: it's easier... the predictive text is much smarter and the touchscreen is better
+ Apps: Sorry but Android apps is a bad joke...
+ iTunes: much larger music selection and extremely useful service
+ AirPlay: better than any app for same porpouse on Android
+ iMessage: Whatsup is a joke
+ Support: sorry but Android support is ridiculous... you can't use the Googlle support... you need to use the manufacturer with differents config/hardware... update? sorry but you can't

Something cool in Android and I want that in my iPhone...

* Facial Detection
* Siri with some Google Now features
* Google Maps but thats comming in next months

Android phones rule..right now tim cook is coming up with an idea to have android phones banned lol..

The Samsung Galaxy is the best selling smart phone and it runs on android even if it where the only phone that runs on it.  Android would still be ahead of Apple.
