You work and Wallmart and therefore have insider knowledge on what the 1st week sales will be, so I didn't think it would be fair to include your (industry insider) prediction with all the plebs predictions

VGChartz has Halo 4 at 3.80m. Probably slightly undertracked though, so it's probably around 3.9 - 4.0m, on par with my prediction.
