Good job it's 78 then, eh?

Also, Darksiders 2 got 84, improvement of a couple of points on the original.  Depends what standards you were setting for the game before it released, I guess.

The Metacritic is 78 and user reviews has it at 8.0. Not saying it's amazing but it's not as terrible as some of the games you mentioned.

Wow. Medal of Honor is officially on its way out. The 2010 version actually sold pretty good.(5mil+ PS3+360)
This one will be lucky to reach half that with tough competition this year from Halo 4 and BO2.

My CoD worshipping friends are jubilating and dropping tears of joyness over this.

I was expecting it to be a nice contender to the best FPS this year but we're gonna have one more CoD in the podium...

Considering we are going into a crowded holiday season with AT LEAST Black Ops 2 and Halo 4 on the horizon, it wouldn't be surprising.  Homefront released during an off-time of the year, with less competition, if I recall correctly.  Heck, there is also Far Cry 3 on the horizon also, and Borderlands 2 already hit.

Also Hitman: Absolution and PSABR. No way Medal of Honor sells a lot with the reviews it's getting so far.

I was just trying to stick with games in the FPS category, because if you go beyond just FPS, you can bring in AC3, Forza Horizon, and other ones I am missing.

I know the next guys up to underperform too. I anxiously await the release of CoD Vita and Paper Mario 3ds. Also, people were poed over Diablo 3. Dire year in gaming indeed.

Hey, I am happy with Borderlands 2.  Maybe it isn't for everyone, but I like loot run FPS titles.

This game is actually good. The multiplayer is where this game shines with 2 player teams working with just you and your buddy. I dont play the story mode i think thats where these reviews are coming from.
