Correct, but if you check this list you'll be able to see which ones are 1920x1080.  All it took was a simple Google search, though this list hasn't been updated this year.  VT3, by the way, is 1920x1080 (2x AA).

ugh, beyond3d...

How did he acquire this list? It seems strange that there are only 2 nonpsn games that are that res and with 2xAA no less? That doesn't make any sense. What would be the point of 2XAA if that was the native resolution?

AA has nothing to do with resolution. Only a 1080p video played in sub HD doesn't benefit with AA.

One of the biggest benefits of higher resolutions is that they eliminate aliasing. Applying AA to something at that resolution would destroy system performance unless it was simply upscaling the graphics to 1920x1080.

This just isn't adding up.

Do you really not think anti-aliasing is useful in HD? I can get examples for you if you'd like, or are you just pushing your point that the list is bad?

No, I said that it was "stated" that they would run at 1080p back then because "it was stated" by multiple sources. That has since changed for ACIII, but not for Ahkham City: Armored Edition to my knowledge.

GT5 and Wipeout HD aren't 360 games....that comment was specifially addressing the 360.

I never said or even inferred that the PS3 couldn't do 1080p. I just pointed to the fact that most games don't. Its not easy to achieve on the system. On the Wii U, however, it is.

Most third party Wii U games announced to date that aren't ports are stated to be 1080p.

Evidently not, since in this thread you hype this up as a great achievement (while no Nintendo game so far has been announced as a native 1080p game).

Underlined: And which games would that be. Full retail games please.

ZombiU, TokiTori 2, Chasing Aurora, Wonderful 101, Rayman Legends, Lego City Undercover, Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate, Skylanders Giants, Cloudberry Kingdom*, Nano Assault Neo* , Little Inferno*, Black Ops 2, Tekken Tag Tournament 2*, Arkham City: Armored Ecition*, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, Puddle, Transformers Prime, Epic Mickey 2, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Just Dance 4, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

*Not 100% certain but all sources say so.

Well, I'm waiting Pezus.

Blops is confirmed as not native 1080p. ZombiU last I checked was also not native.

That's the resolution for PS3, it does in fact do 1080p. Looking for a definitive FPS source.

Where was it comfirmed that the Wii U version of Black Ops 2 wasn't 1080p?

Sketchy looking but legit.

I recently recall someone posting an email that claimed that Wii U had an e6750 as well...then it was offically denied it  and that tech support doesn't hold that information nor is that something they are allowed to release...then the person posted another email reassuring him that it was true... I'm not buying this. It contradicts the reps statement like the comment in the link states. Also,  no gaming news site has reported it and they love negative news about Nintendo.

By the way, CoD:BO2, Zombi U, Tekken are not rumored to be 1080p.  And all that's left are downloadable-sized games, so I would expect nothing less.

This may be the wrong thread to ask this, but I will anyway.

Has anyone played both this game and Fluidity? I really loved Fluidity. This looks really similar. If it is good, I will give it a shot.

Anyone?
