Just Dance is the ultimate party game franchise, it's pretty obvious that it's going to sell best on the Wii. Although, I will say tha it is nice to see that other companies, outside of Nintendo, have been able to see success in the motion gaming genre. Personally I feel Just Dance is one of the best gaming experiences in years largely because people actually have a lot of fun playing it - it's one of the best games that transcends gaming, and becomes a part of other aspects of life - in this case partying and having fun.

IMHO thats not really beastly, not when PS2 was still (and is still) selling hardware and games years after its succesor came on the scene. If ONE party game doing pretty good on WIi, which will probably be the only game that does really good on Wii all year is impressive to you, then by all means. TO each his own. Lego Batman isnt impressive to me either, as its doing about as well or a bit better than the 360 version, its not like its blowing away the other versions like it used to do. This will probably be the last JD main entry on Wii as they will focus on WIi U and maybe PS360

I already explained why it would bomb, its not getting anywhere near the coverage or attention the original got. In times square there was a huge ass banner for the original and various posters across the city, I havent seen one yet. It wont sell more, the only way that could happen is if they push the WIi U version as that will be on a new console, but im calling it now. Wii,PS360 version will not sell more than the original. No one is buying this on HD not when they could be buying COD, Halo, AC etc.

Its early, JD4 will creep up like it always does, its not the game where people buy it day one.

Remember JD4 is also coming to Wii U so the chance for JD4 outselling JD3 is pretty good. Any decline in JD4 Wii sales, will be made up with JD4 Wii U sales!

Of course it will, but it will sell lot less than Just Dance 3.

Btw, don't be fooled, yes those fw numbers are bad, but people that buy that game are probably unaware that the game is already released. Just watch the Black Friday week, onwards.

Lol, didn't know he had a song in the game. But, I did check the songs and I will probably won't get this one, (not joking, I own JD 2 and 3). Hopefully you are right, and people, among other reasons, will pick it up because of this canadian little guy.

We'll see how it's doing this holiday, but I expect a lot worse than the previous 2 games.

Wii version:
Just Dance 2 - 238k + 203k + 236k = 677k after 3 weeks
Just Dance 3 - 138k + 173k + 200k = 511k after 3 weeks
Just Dance 4 - 60k + 149k + 136k = 345k after 3 weeks

JD3 actually outsold JD2 in the same holiday timeframe despite having a much worse launch.
The lead was as high as 2.24m units after week 14, but JD3 proved to have far worse legs and its current lead is only 1.15m after 55 weeks (and further sinking).

Decreasing Wii sales won't help the series and people won't buy a WiiU to play Just Dance 4. If you do, there is a good chance you're simply taking a sale away from the Wii version, since you seem to be a fan of the series.

Overall I expect the Wii+WiiU version of Just Dance 4 to be selling worse than Just Dance 1. With JD4 on Kinect it might have a decent chance to sell more than the first.
