Personally, I think they absolutely should sue the living crap out of them. If you're going to run around and rather than trying to beat your competitors by actually having a better product, instead just pick at every last tiny detail to try litigating them out of competition, then you only deserve to have the crap sued back out of you.

Samsung completely stole Apples product when they made the galaxy...it was a blatant iphone rip-off. I'm glad Apple got 1bn of them, but they should've got a lot more
