Wii COD sales: (To date)

COD3: 2.16m

World at War: 1.85m

Modern Warfare: 1.46m

Black Ops: 1.21m

MW3: 0.52m

Black Ops 2 on the Wii U won't suffer from downgraded graphics like the Wii versions did, and has a fair chance of getting feature parity, but it will launch AFTER the PS3/360/PC versions, which will stagger sales somewhat in my estimation.

How do you think BO2 Wii U will perform, and why?

2 or 3 million. Not nearly as well as its PS3/360 brethren, but strong enough to ensure its place on the system.

Why? Because this will be the first Nintendo Call of Duty since 3 that wasn't late and/or gimped, is attached to the hot new product of the holiday season, and will be selling for a long time.

I expect it to sell well, but at most 5 mil, because it has a reputation to make still on the WiiU.

Being a launch title will certainly help, but it will have to contend with the millions who will have bought it a few days before. I think 2 million is a reasonable expectation. Next uear's edition will sell better.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

False. It will be late.

Oh yeah, by about a week... damn.

All COD so far have sold to Nintendo systems (Wii and now Wii U) late, which of course reduces sales by a good margin I bet, nothing like comparing apples and oranges

Being late means nothing, CoD3 was late for the Wii and very gimped and yet it sold more than every other CoD did on Wii. Anyone that wants it on WiiU is willing to wait since they have to regardless(WiiU releases after CoD). I see this selling 2 million+, all Wii CoD fans have to switch since CoD Wii is done. The WiiU combines HD graphics with the Wii remote so I see CoD Wii fans being very happy with this, at least I am. Besides Mario and Nintyland, CoD will probably do the best, yes I see it doing better than ZombiU.

almost all console sales of black ops 2 will be on ps360, wiiU version should do 2 million or there abouts

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

I'd be surprised if it sold more than 5m - but that's the number I'm expecting next year. This time around I think it'll be the most successful CoD on a Nintendo console, so about 3m....

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
