Just got a large tip and figured I'd buy GW2 cause my friends keep bugging me to get it... and they're sold out of digital copies...

of there own game.

Wish this was just on steam.

Almost sold out in stores too. They are adding more servers and such before they sell more keys. If that makes sense. I hope it was on steam too but i couldn't wait so pre ordered it.

They stopped selling digital keys for now to keep servers in a playable state.

Quick Google search: http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/guild_wars_2_developer_voluntarily_stops_selling_digital_copies_catch_server_demand

I bought a copy literally 3 hours before this happened so I consider myself somewhat lucky. :P

And the game is really fun. =)

I am still saving up to get the huge special edition , I am sure i wont find it anywhere though.

What is the questing like in Guild wars 2?
Is it just fetch and kill quests like WoW?

No, it's more like you walk around minding your own busness, and then a message pops up saying something that is happening, like a village is being attacked or the good guys are attacking an evil stronghold, and the location is marked on your minimap. If you help out, you will get XP depending on how much you contributed.

You told him!
