haha.but really, I must admit I´m quite surprised with the number of people who are enjoying Sleeping Dogs, the game came out of nowhere and turns out to be a big surprise.

Better than GTA 4/Red Dead Redemption for you?

Better than GTA 4, for sure. Better than RDR might be pushing it... better than RDR minus the multiplayer, maybe!

I'm playing both and i have to say Sleeping Dogs is better but that just my preference.

only have Darksiders II, really enjoying it since they went a more RPG route(my Death looks like a bad-ass) been juggling both Darksiders II and The Last Story

Having now bought and played (a bit) of Darksiders II, I'd say Sleeping Dogs comes out on top. But I'm not saying Darksiders II is bad.

Well I am sure this is very helpful, but I am going to be buying both... I am about to play the demo of Sleeping Dogs though

I am going away for a bit, but when I come back my gaming will be Darksiders 1, Sleeping Dogs, the Witcher 2 and Darksiders 2. The question is which order to play them in

Havent picked up Sleeping Dogs yet but Darksiders 2 is amazing. Im probably gonna get Sleeping Dogs and Transformers next week

Depends on if you want to play a hack n slash game or an open world game.

Sleeping Dogs fall way short from the classic triad movies of Hong Kong cinema. Thankfully the gameplay is fantastic, with a most successful attempt and implementing shooting and fist fighting in an open world game. With foot chases, car stunts and standard cover based gunplay, its all very fun and the action stays fresh and fun throughout the game. The story isn’t interest enough to keep most players engaged, but if you are in the mood for playing an open world game set in HK, then you should get this game.

Darksiders 2 is a good improvement from the first game, especially the gameplay, collectable and loot system. However, I am completely let down by the story and style. The first game was a great battle between angels & demons set in a post apocalyptic earth. This time round, the action takes place in a Dungeons & Dragons inspired ‘nether realm’’ where everybody speaks with a Scottish tongue. Death is a great character, voiced brilliantly by Michael Wincott, but the main story is crap compared to the first game.

Sleeping Dogs is shorter than GTA, I like it more than GTA4 (which I didn't like), more than every GTA besides San Andreas.

I wouldn't say it's better than RDR or San Andreas. However it does some things better than the GTA series ever has (combat, Better Hand to hand, gunplay, bullet time freeway) and some things worse.

I'd give it a 8.5... imo it's a 9/10 game, but it's too short about 12 hours of story missions... then a lot of time if you like screwing around, compared to GTA or Red Dead which is atleast double that.

I'm still downloading Sleeping Dogs, but Darksiders 2 is great, it's not perfect by any means, but it is still a tonne of fun and great value.

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

I say hold off on both or rent them. Neither are worth the $60 price tag.
