You: "The greatest ever achieved in an Xbox1 game was 12 million polygon at 30 FPS with less then half the shading effects running. Fact."

Versus

Navane: "What about Dead or Alive Ultimate where they said each character model is 9,000 polygons? I see two characters at a time and that's 18,000 polygons."

Explain

Explain what? Can you count?

Explain whether the 12m for xbox was per character or per screen, in total (all chars and ennemies included).

How did you derive that question from that statement. How did you derive that question at all?

That question doesn't even make tangible sense...

I'm not sure if you're just very slow, or are purposefully being stubborn.

You said that the greatest ever achieved on Xbox1 was 12million polygons at 30FPS with less stuff. Navane said that DoA had 18,000 polygons total (9k per char).

So, how do you deal with that contradiction to your claim?

Where do those two things contradict? There is no contradiction anywhere in there.

What in the world are you talking about?

I'm not sure if you realize how much I want to ... you in the ... right now. Regardless, I'll try to explain.

Max polygons on Xbox (according to you): 12m @30FPS.

Capability of Xbox as seen on DoA (according to Navane): 18m.

So, how is DoA's performance > Max performance?

.............................................How exactly do two 9,000 polygon models suddenly become 18,000,000. Where did you learn how to do math?

First you insult me by calling me slow and stubborn for not answering a question that never existed, and now you create and entirely new event that has never occured. **** off.

2 characters at 9m each, is 18m. What did you not get about that???

I asked you to clarify whether you meant your xbox max to be per character or in total, but you insisted to play it this way. Don't be upset if I reacted this way, you invite this kind of response man, and not just with me, but in general. You have lots of interesting stuff to say, but this attitude you have really sucks.

wasn't the GC the most powerful? I may be wrong?

I was in my early 20's, so I know what I'm talking about. That gen, in terms of power, went as follows. Xbox>Gamecube>PS2>Dreamcast. But the Gamecube was VERY close to the Xbox in terms of what it could really do. I don't remember on single game on Xbox that looked better than RS2 and that game was a launch title. The Xbox has more graphically impressive games, but the Gamecube was close.

How does 9k magically become 9m?

From your own post.

Navane: "What about Dead or Alive Ultimate where they said each character model is 9,000 polygons? I see two characters at a time and that's 18,000 polygons."

Please explain to me how two 9,000 polygon count models exceeds 12m(12,000,000) and how it transformed to 9m.

I must have gotten confused with the zeros. Had you noticed that before? I wish you could have said so 6 posts ago.

Okay, I didn't realize that mistake. So that's cleared up, and I hope that clears it up for Navane too.
