Forums - General - Ohio teen collapses after 4 days of Xbox

That poor kid! Activision should be ashamed of themselves.

He is the one to blame. How do you go for days locked in your room without any water or food?

modern warfare 3 on the original xbox? or has it now become the same as people who had no idea about gaming in the 90s referring to any system as "playing nintendo" now refer to gaming as "playing xbox" depressing a bit.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

"...His mother said he emerged from his bedroom..."

Lol, it sounds like we're talking about some kind of creature.

if I even tried to do that:
first of all, I would get too tired and have a nap attack after probably 12 hours. Whenever I've had an all night gaming session, I'm pretty much dead until the next day.
my mom would nag me until I stopped.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Stupid Xbox collapses teens XD

I get seriously bored of any game after 3 hours (unless its really good) being stuck in my room and only playing MW3 for four days! That would be my hell.

This poor child, look what those horrendous video games have done to him! He could be living such a beautiful life and contributing so much more to society if video games weren't holding him back.

They're the work of the devil.

Ahh, summer vacation.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Mom is stupid. My kids play any games for more than a few hours I force them to turn it off.

They have to eat, drink, and play actively as well. I'll likely let them go back hours later though, at night.

Parents are too easy to forget and let them be quiet than to force them to do what is right for a balanced life.

This is also why there is only one TV in our house. Forces limitations as all members of family adjust game/TV time appropriately. I would go down to one PC as well, but there is too much school and other work that gets done on it.
