...didn't monster hunter have a subscription in japan?  not quite an MMO but same basic idea and from a popular franchise.  that might be comparable.  how did that do?

I haven't played any DQ titles at all, but this have caught my interest...  I'll check it out when it hits the WiiU.

BTW, about your previous question: I really don't know about Senran Kagura, as it's just an updated version. But I expect for Soul Hackers something in the 60-70k zone FW. Reasons 1, SMT4 first look, Reason 2, being the first after the Mario drought 3DS is going to go through.

The worst thing is that you'll be right. 
I expect solid openings for Senran Kagura and Soul Hackers. Something around 75k for the first one and something between 70-100k for the second.
