Wouldn't anything to do with Heavy Rain by trademarked by SCEE, as the game was made by Quantic Dream in France? Or does it not work like that?

Though I prefer gaming on consoles, whatever they have to announce I really hope it's for the Vita. Because it really needs it!

Is it gonna be a sequel to "Heavy Rain" where the rain lets up a bit and just becomes "Rain"?

No, Sony, you can't solve your debt problems by collecting royalties every time it rains.

I could see this being something in the vein of Flower, actually, if it weren't for ThatGameCompany seeming like it's moving away from Sony exclusivity.
