It's a gif that was leaked prior to E3 this year over at gaf. No one is certain what it is but many are speculating that this is from the next Sucker Punch game.

The only reason I thought this could be a vita game and not a PS3 is the perspective size of the QTE buttons and also the bottom left looks like a gyro movement that matches the gameplay.

now that i've seen it again, it could be Overstrike by Insomniac no ?

if so then they really changed the atmosphere a lot from the original teaser.

yeah as kitler mentioned if this is indeed overstrike, they changed the whole look of the game. This gif gives me a cyberpunk/sci fi vibe + infamous. Maybe this is an infamous game set in the future!

The Flower prequel makes sense because there must be rain before flowers. There must have been some rain to grow the flowers in Flower. The developers cannot leave such a significant story untold. It'd be a major plot hole. The game could play just like Flower except instead of flowers, it'd be droplets of water.

Or could be a prequel.
