That depends on what type of attack you use on the oppenent at 150. Some hits are entirely successful at certain percentages. I understand what you mean about the super but that doesn't avoid that fact that you still have to use skill in order to hit the characters. It is just as strategic to know how to utilize a super as it is to know how hard to hit a SSB character. You can't treat supers like that are unavoidable or that you can't miss with them. PSASBR does not translate to SSB in terms of damage at all. In PSASBR it is important to hit your target as you only get one shot. In SSB you can miss someone with high damage percentage and still have the opportunity to attack a second, third, or fourth time. In defense I could say SSB is like PSASBR but I can use supers as many times as I want.

Exactly, depends on my choice of attack and how i want to defeat my oponent, i need to choose my attack since each option could ensure a total different outcom or place my opponent in a place where i dont want im to be. An opponent who is outside the stage with a certain damage could still recover from an up attack like C.falcon sumersault, but might surely perish if i a go with a spike attack or a more forward attempt with the knee. The super is more bland, making it an only kind of attack to kill and making the metagame more boring and predictable. And with smb i can kill someone with little damage as i said even if i have more than 150. In PSASBR i cant kill some one with a super if i dont have a super myself and neither can i kill them again almost inmediately after using my lv1 super with little hits (unless you are big daddy). This making the pace of game slower.
And as i said and the topic of the thread is, some of them have ridicoulus start up times and actives frames making them extremley easy to hit with.
