This. Chick Fil A is by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. McDonald's Hot n Spicy is a distant second. Haven't tried Popeye's Chicken sandwiches since the Popeyes close to my work is always full during lunch hour and takes forever to serve the food.

I went to Chick Fil A this past Thursday, and I was shocked at how empty it was (this was during lunch hour mind you). Good for me though since I didn't have to wait in those long lines that always plauge Chick Fil A.

How does it feel to know that kids in California would like to have their parents married, but because some of CFA's was used to take that right away, and by eating there you are giving the same people more money?  (Yes, some kids have same-sex parents.)

Three years before my folks got married, their marriage would have been illegal in California.  It was exactly the same type of people and 'religious reasoning' banning Interracial Marriage.  Would you support a retro active dissolving of my parents’ marriage?  (What the people were trying to do with Prop 8.)

God forbids Chik Fil A CEO has a different opinion and wants to donate money to traditional family organizations. He must bow to your superior POW, right?

Not by normal measures are both homosexual (same ge3nder) adults the parents of a kid.  One may be a step-parent, but isn't an actual parents.  I think, as it is today, the ship has long saled in the idea of a kid having parents in the traditional sense (a kid can have a number of adults in their lives doing parenting roles).  Also, I wish people would seriously stuff this, "Well how does it feel X"... and there is no focus on what is right, but feelings of people regarding things.  Life is tough, get over it.  For myself, I am sorry, but I can't relate at all to what it would be like for kids in that situation, and don't know how it feels, because I grew up in a traditional home where the parents didn't marry, and don't have kids myself.  So, if you would want to discuss this in a way that gets the best answer, I suggest you stop, with the "How does it feel to know..." argument?  You want to know why?  Because I can't tell you, and frankly don't care because I can't relate.  Anything here I remotely care about is the kids get the best parenting possible.  This has little to do with feelings, but on actual state of being in life.

I agree with you, but these are state issues not Chick-fil-A issues. Everyone knows they are a Christian establishment and if they didn't now they know. I've known this for years...I just thought they would be smart enough to keep their face out of the press about it for reasons of privacy and safety of the Cathy family. The originator of  KFC didnt like "colored" people eating in his establishment. Eventually after he died later on KFC thrived from have values in having various groups eating there. The problem with Chick-fil-A is there is a far greater Christian population of combined people than any other in this nation and if a fraction of them support they will feel confident in their words against gays. Where in a highly democratic nation and if you screw with Christian values...heh..thats a no go.
