It's very very good. Fire Emblem is such a good franchise, that I'm waiting for the limited edition Fire Emblem 3DS before I get my system.
Shadow Dragon isn't the best Fire Emblem because it's a remake of a 20 year old game, but there is still quite a bit of character development in the game. It's definatly a must have title for DS, and at only $15 used now I see no reason not to pick up a copy.
