Well the AIO edition debuted to 4,748 sales according to Famitsu. (#27 debut) I can't imagine the legs being that great since the dlc included is available free already on psn for owners who already have the game. Less reason to double dip and they haven't even sold through the initial shipment of Ni no Kuni. (at discounted prices)

FF 13-2 is definitely being clearanced out. I saw the 360 version for 980 yen and the ps3 version for 1480 yen at one store! I never even finished FF13 even though I bought the FF13 Special Edition PS3! so I didn't bother with FF13-2. I did just buy FFIV (and DQIV) on the DS though! FFIV DS costs more than FF13-2! Hahaha.
