Hey what mods are you using? I don't remember my scenery looking quite like that.

I assumed it was some sort of mod. No way there could be THAT much difference between PC and console.

Awesome. I have like 5 mods that increase textures, a bunch of appearance mods and a couple of home mods. Will try these out after work, thanks!

Has the beta started yet?

I signed up for the beta, and on June 27 I got an email explaining about the Technical Test, but I don't think I got in that cuz I didn't play Planetside 1...

That's fine, I should be playing Assassins's Creed 2 anyway.

I just bought Portal 2!

I have NO idea how my sucky laptop can run this game, but it runs it just fine: 



For comparison my laptop specs are


AMD E-240 Processor - 1.5 Ghz (single core)
3.0 GB memory
AMD Radeon HD 2560 Graphics card
RAM 2662 MB

If I can somehow run Portal 2, can I run Burnout Paradise (old game, but is a bit action heavy), Dragon Age or Oblivion? I can't hope to run anything newer I think the only reason why i can run Portal 2 is because it used the Source engine. I love valve for that. 

I've heard that Portal 2 is pretty easy to run, and it runs perfectly on max settings on my PC.

If you wanted to play Burnout you could probably play it on low settings. You might as well try since it's only 4 dollars. :)
