I wouldn't be surprised if he just named the non-steam game ' Playstation 3 "Nier" ' to fuck with his friends. Hell, you could name it 'Sega Genesis "Gunstar Heroes" ' if you wanted.

no the guy is playing Nier , a game that was never released on PC, and also I did play Portal on PS3 and PC.

Are you sure he's playing Nier?  You can call non steam games anything you want.

I guess he's probably using a Ps3 emulator and like you guys said changed the name of the shortcut
