Considering that xbox + kinect is worth more than 130 euros, you could just trade it for xbox + kinect and then sell this for bigger profit.
Besides, there's Steam summer sale coming up soon (assuming you're a PC gamer too), so.....

That would only make the most of sense seeing that it came out around 5 years ago. 
Sell it and rebuy it at a higher price.

Keep the 3DS, obviously.
If not, go for the money so you can buy another one when you regret your decision, unless you REALLY want that Kinect.
