I've said for years the PS4 will feature a quantum photonic processor and holographic media storage. It will be one million times faster than the meek Wii U. Tak Fuji, of course, will reveal it by the next E3.

For those that aren't versed in the language of bullshit I will do my utmost to translate. Sony ain't showing shit now, because they haven't got their shit together. Whether you take him at his word is your choice. Personally I am going to go with he is telling the truth as he sees it.

I am going to go out on a limb here, and say that Microsoft probably wouldn't say the same. Those new studios are well into developing games for the new platform, and Microsoft is probably carrying that years lead over onto their new platform. I expect games for the Next box already look better then for the old box.

Sony is fucking themselves. That just confirms that we wont see a PS4 next year, neither will we a nextbox but it is obvious that the nextbox will release much then the PS4 an this time it will break Sonys neck.

People probably think twice about buying the PS4 at launch because of 2 things

1) the PS3 Launch and prices
2) the PSV launch and prices

The last 2 major consoles/handhelds they released have been a disaster at launch

I'm simply deriving a hypothesis based on the OP based on past experience.

I still think it will be a marginal upgrade with a max price of $400 with very low loss on hardware at launch.
