Barozi gave some good advice. Let your rage die down in sleep, that's what I do.

I battle fiercely with rage, and had a devastating breakup in 2010, I thought the world was over, it happened a few times.

But I only grew stronger. Moved to a new city, made new friends I could really trust. Sometimes you need to move to smaller cities to find better people.

Been there, Leo. I know it sucks, but things *could* get better. You need to find new friends. Two years ago, when I had just moved to a new country, I absolutely hated my life. Had no friends and no time at all. Last year I joined a sports club (though I suck at sports) and made some great friends. My life is far from great, but not nearly as bad.

I don't know if you care for my advice, but try not to rely too much on other people. You need to be happy with yourself first and foremost. Even if your bf was an asshole, I'm sure there are plenty of other guys who will love you when they get to know you.

You have no idea who I am so no matter what you tell me I cannot backstab you anyway with your personal life and people you know in real life (not that I would). I'm an honest guy, so if your being a pussy I'll tell you to smarten the fuck up and keep on moving, I'll not sugar coat it, lifes a bitch and it's only going to get worst so it's best so realize what shits going to be like now then later on. A break up is always hard Leo. I find either walking or jogging a good way to relieve stress and clear my head. Try going to the park or anywhere else outdoors. Try to stay away from too much negativity until you are able to get your mind in order.

Also consider moving out of your parent's house. I find the stress of paying bills a lot less weight than the stress from living with parents.

A good way to make good friends is to join an activity. Go join a local recreational Soccer team, go play tennis or basketball at a local court. I joined a Dragon Boat team, with no experience, here in San Francisco. Since I am not from the area, it helped me make a lot of good friends and acquaintances. This team sport was perfect for me since I wasn't in good shape or athletic at the time.

You will get through it. If you don't have good friends you can trust, make new ones. If you don't like the city you live in, move to a different one, even if you don't think you have the money to do it there are ways.
