I thought I was the only one!

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Sly, LBP Karting and All Stars arent enough to compete with Halo 4.

And Last of Us was...? Really...?

those 3 no, but with Last of Us Sony had a combined chance. 4 PS3 exclusives vs 1 360. Gang up effect.

But without that game, the other 3 wont have much of a shot. But Sly and All Stars arent technically exclusive. I would still count them but lets be honest theres still a ton of exclusive nuts out there.

I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with you by saying the only real challenge for Halo 4 is COD and maybe to a lesser extent MOH

Also multiplayer confirmed for the lat of us. Thinking some kind of coop or survival mode.

Meh, Sony never learn.

It will struggle in Japan against WiiU, but I feel it should be okay against the Burnout/NFS copy, Just Dance copy, poor Kinect spinoffs and Halo. Unless MS cut the price.

Should just do what MS have done for the last few Years. Release great value bundles. A cheap looking PS3 with a couple of big name games (GT5/ Uncharted Twinpack) will look real nice next to WiiU, at least.

Wow.. thats very naive... not like you.  It will get sidelined in the US this holiday by the WiiU and the 360, it wont compete there very well.  This will happen even without a price cut... But in Europe a fairly significant price cut for the 360 is an absolute 100% certainty (and a price cut in the US is 100% certain too) so it should be at least fairly even for the 360 there too.

Its a bit of a prediction with America. The 360 is gonna get cut and steamroll everything. Add in that the WiiU will be fairly expensive ($400) with expensive gamepads. A fair few games that are already on PS360 releasing for it. I dont see NintendoLand having that same wow factor as Wii Sports did neither. Mario and Fit are likely to push it most. Mario will obviously have people excited, but I dont see people going out and spending 400 to have a few more fitness routines.

I guess we need to find out more details about WiiU first, but its a little prediction.

By Gamescom, I guess we'll have a better idea.

I see things as 360 vs PS3. Always have. Therefore Angry birds can do whatever it wants and has no effect on my view

?. To disagree with me is saying those 3 games have a shot. Instead you dodged that, implying my prediction is correct.

My greater argument is that these games are helping their core console. Last of Us, combined with the other 3, had a great shot at spiking PS3 sales this holiday as well as selling more combined then Halo 4.

COD just helps the 360 argument. Theres always 2 million more people who buy it for 360. It tends to give 360 only a sales spike, and the two fanbases (Halo and COD) are different enough that they actually coexist on Live. COD will sell more, but Halo 4 sales will hardly be hindered.

Either way, you deflected this convo from 360 vs PS3 to 360 vs 360.

Than i have to respectfully say that your arguements are moot points.
