The Kotaku article clearly says the game its due for PS3/360 and PC and that was announced from Ubisoft.

Yes, I'm in denial. 
Anyway, you said PC, X360 and PS3 "only" and that's not what Ubi said.
Okay, so the game gets X360 and PS3 versions, that's great. But the game is clearly developed for next gen mainly (but they obviously can't talk about that). Ubisoft simply doesn't put resources to make only the PC version to look good like that.

Kotaku are likely mistaken. It's not like they ever got it wrong before! We'll see what happens tomorrow/this morning at Nintendo's showing.
Even then, well its Nintendo, and if you believe the same company thats gotten Dragon Quest and Monster Hunter and Kingdom Hearts, isn't going to try and poach this too, you're a fool.

You know what's pretty cool? I'm from Chicago and recognized most everything in the game. The game itself looks good and has an interesting concept.

This was INCREDIBLE.....really wow.
This bascially confirms 2013 next gen as there is NO WAY PS360 could handle this unless it is significantly downgraded.
