Reason why I think it'll suck: the % system is stripped. So, characters don't bounce higher and higher as they lose health (like they used to). You now kill with specials rather than with skill. It's gonna be weak. But I'm still getting it.

Yep it will be shallower than SSB if what they shown is any indication. Not to mention the ridiculous concept of keeping your super meters even if you die! I mean wth!? It's way to easy to build up your meter then.

So it's not a 96% rip off then? That small change isn't going to make a great game weak

A true smash fan would understand. You see it from a theorhetical PoV pezus. I love you and all, but as much as this is a rip off, it's the Casual Cola of Coke rip-offs. I think you can at least understand what I mean.

@DepthAlly. I KNOW!! :D I was thinking the exact same thing in the demo.

Oh my goodness. Its sickening to watch all of these people degenerate gaming as a whole just to keep Sony from looking bad.

There is a difference between taking inspiration and copying, without taking into account when and where.
There is a different between borrowing and stealing.
There is a different between creating and ripping off.

This is not acceptable at all.
