It probably has something to do with the fact the almost no other company in the world has used a competing game's title as it's only tags for a video of their game after already being scolded as a rip-off by the media (whether you think it`s a rip-off or not). It doesn't make Sony look very confident in what they have created.

Yeah, they don't care what hardcore Nintendo fans think, but they put tags so that hardcore Nintendo fans are the ones that will find the video and tear it apart. Sound logic.
