You can't deny that Vita is unexpectedly high in USA when compared to other regions, and taking into account how low the PSP sales are there. 

Aha, but you see- PSP is selling well in Europe. Vita is selling more under what we'd expect in europe, whereas it's selling surprisingly well in USA

This way i dont see how developers want next gen, games selling like this i think developers are afraid as shit for next gen and lower userbase.

Probably explains the avalanche of games announced for 2013.

good ghost recon sales. i loved advance warfighter 2, was amazing to play together with friends but no clue i'm still not interested in this one.

I believe Mario Tennis Open only had 2-3 days on the market, which would help explain low sales. It launched on Sunday, not Tuesday.

3DS market is definitely in need of some help though. Going toe to toe with the PS3 is NOT good for a year old console, especially considering how successful the DS was. Hopefully Brain Age, Animal Crossing, and NSMB2 will help create a surge in 3DS sales, and Kingdom Hearts 3D and Luigi's Mansion can provide a small boost as well.
