Everything's up WW by 1-2% or more, PS3 by 3% and 3DS by almost 10%. Nice week. Waiting for WW up HW and SW to have a better idea of the reasons...

PS3/360 are most likely up due to pretty strong software releases as of late (Ghost Recon, Max Payne 3, Etc.) 3DS is probably up because of the recent game releases as well (I believe it got a pretty big boost in Japan) DS, PSP, PSV and Wii are basically flat so their tiny raise could be just fluctuations.

so the numbers which are up (uk and usa), xbox lost sales, why is everyone talking about increased sales? i really wonder because of the ghost recon release which seems to be very successful and dragon's dogma released as well. since ps3 sold more in these areas than last week with almost same releases, i would think it was because of ghost recon but it seems like i am wrong.

Reasonable. I was curious because when I wrote the only numbers available were WW HW in the front page and only USA complete data for HW and SW, and in USA most SW numbers are up the only HW up is PS3. Now UK numbers arrived making the things even more baffling, as we know XB360 is up WW, but in UK too its HW is the only one down despite SW up by a very good percentage.

Dragon's Dogma just released and the 360 version has a Resident Evil 6 demo.
