Yes, I've written multiple novels.  Why the question?

Kinda, I wrote a movie script.

It's been a while since I'm thinking of writing book about the C programming language in Brazilian Portuguese, basically all the books about programming available in Portuguese are bad translations of their original versions. Also I would let it be downloadable for free, I have no intentions of earning money with it, but right now I'm engaged with my PhD theses so I have no time write it.

Actually I've written a bunch of short stories and a bunch of poems and then shared them with a writing community, and friends, as a test and to learn from mistakes, of course as you expect the very first ones are absolute garbage, that even make twilight feel like a john Milton compared ,but now I am actually writing my first book that I tend to publish they're all in english since its easier for me to write in that langauge and improve on it.

Yea, supposedly Mark Twain said the first draft of any literary work is always shitty. But the more practice the better!

I've written standard essays and such; article summaries. I recently did an extended research paper on male depression if you wanna read it lol Ive always had a 'skill' at writing, just never developed it.

Yes, actually, I'm on chapter 5 of my book. It can be fun when you're create and know where you want to go with it.... and, which characters you want to die. It's a.. weird one indeed, because the main character is a bit on the "crazy" side, if you know what I mean..

Just gotta remember to check over your work, lol...  Spell checker wont save you all the time.

I've written a couple of short sci-fi stories that I've been trying to shop around and get published. No luck yet. Also working on this massive fantasy/ sci-fi epic for years, starting to doubt I'll ever finish it..
Its basically a post apocalyptic world hundred of thousands of years in the future, crawling with mutants, zombies, mages, and all that fun stuff. Radiation basically mutated most life on earth and created all these crazy new intelligent species. I've always thought its be fun to make a Tolkien style fantasy, but make it much darker and make a bunch of my own species instead of the typical elves, dwarves, etc.

Writing is really a double edged sword for me, though I'm sure that's the case for most people. On the one hand, it's fun to create your own world and solidify your ideas, but at the same time it's a freakin nightmare. I can never push myself to keep writing, and the few times I do, I'm always revising what I've already written, thus getting nothing done. Theres really a lot of time and struggle to put into it. Not to mention trying to get published, which is a whole nother story..
