This is interesting. How many Americans do you know? I mean when this gen started I know many Americans who went through 2-3 xbox 360. Myself included. Did we take a good look at the very start?

i just wonder if he hopes that sony and nintendo will get a ban in japan, too. because they are much worse if it comes to that point and if they would have to take a good look at the 360, now this would be something funny.

Something is happening. Either a sales ban or Microsoft pays up those royalty fees.

This is a pretty big deal. 


Microsoft will probably want to fight it out in court some more but the latter, the fee aments look like it will happen.  Also, this is totally fair, bc msft has been something of a patent troll itself.

i wonder how many fanboys won't buy a product of the other company in a patent war anymore. i bet there are some ultra microsoft fans who won't buy a motorola phone anymore lol.

i would do the same if i would me motorola but some of these patents nowadays are so stupid. when sasmsung got the sales ban of the tablet in germany one of apple patents was "white rectangular packaging". ohh yes we have the patent to use white cartons for our products muhahahaha

Rather than awesome, I'd say instead that it would be very funny that "TEH AMERICAN CONSOLE"  faces a ban in its very fatherland due to a possible import ban from CHINA.
