1. There is a chance dude.

2. I honestly don't remember that case very much. Obviously, I was hoping PS3 didn't get banned.

3. You're right it wouldn't affect current 360 users. All it would affect would be people looking to buy a new console. If they can't buy a 360, they would probably buy a PS3 or Wii.
