Nah, but I'm with you. My wife is quite good in that respect, as she would never stop me from doing something with my friends. Nor would I do that to her. We never have 'appointments'. As you say, we live together, so we can be very flexible with timetables and still we can see each other any time.

At the beginning she was annoying with chores, as I had to do them exactly when asked. I told her that I absolutely hate that and if she wants me to do something (fair enough, she keeps track of what needs be done better than me) she has to give me a day to do it. Then I can choose when to do it during the day.

What she will never change about is that she needs constant praise for what she does, I always have to 'notice' how much she does and say thank you, love you, etc. etc. Yeah, maybe I can be a little cold in that respect and I get that it's not good taking it for granted, but when I do chores (I usually do the dishes, broom and tidy up) I don't care whether she praises me or not, I just do it and that's that.

I always wonder why people go after the crazies.

I had once an awkward fight with an ex-girfriend of mine. We where together for about 3 or 4 months, and she asked if I want to go shopping with her. I refused of course, then she started. She asked me why. I told her "Because its boring and more torture then pleasure". She was shocked and said:"How can you say something like that". I mean they always want the truth but when you say what you think then you are the asshole. The I asked her why she never join me when I go drinking or to the gym. And then she said that this is different. I mean Bitch please how is this any different. You dont wanna do things I like I wont do things you like Period.

See you're doing it wrong.. The trick is to rip her apart at night when having sex so she will be exhausted and don't have the power to nag, complain about anything the next morning.. Just leave her with enough power to cook and all will be fine..
