A feature I loved for years on ps3, if it is not on gold only it is a win. Otherwise I give a bronze over a gold idea.

Yeah, great news for those with a 360 - but I'd still rather browse the interwebz on my PC, call me old fashion :P
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

The announcement makes it sound like it is something special when in fact it is something surprising that it has not been done before -- since both system makers without their own browser brand -- have had it for years. Still, a win for those with Xbox 360s. Mike from Morgantown |
Well it is surprising because MS tried to keep the system as closed as possible, so it was rumored that it will never receive any kind of browser.
While I'll still use Opera and Firefox on my PC and mobile, I would gladly take Internet Explorer on my 360 if they brought it over.
Tss copying sony again =p!
Should have been included in the release of the X360.
After reading a few misinformed comments stating that IE9 sucks I think MS just wants to get IE9 out in the hands of people who have refused to try it again since IE6. MS probably wants to prove that Internet Explorer is good again and since nobody will give it a second chance they are putting it on the Xbox 360 so everyone who wants to browse from their coach will give it a try. IE9 is in fact stable, fast, and renders websites error free.

Toms regularly do comparisons. I think the latest is this one:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/chrome-17-firefox-10-ubuntu,3129-17.html
It's still got a way to go although it's definately improved.
The IE 9 ad just launched in the UK, and it is everywhere and it is awesome! Check it on youtube
The reason they are doing is is because they are losing alot of ground to google chrome and doing this is a perfect way to get back into the market and un-alienate people to the disasters of previous IE's
This post pribably didnt make sense because i was typing very quick.

My prediction threads:
Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)
PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)
Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right
