Forums - Movies & TV - Who is going to see "The Dictator"? Which countries will ban it (One Country so far)? If you are not offended easily, this was a funny movie!

Even at 17 a lot of the humor will be lost. It's very surprising as you get older and learn that you didn't get half of the jokes when you look back at movies/sitcoms you watched when you were in your teens. The racial and sexal double entendres especially.

I've noticed that. Sponge Bob actually has things I didn't get when I was younger that I laugh to now. (AKA, I get them.)

Trust me you will be shocked what you missed. I notice this the most with sitcoms. But since your generation has even more access to the Internet than mine, there is a good chance you will understand a lot of these jokes at an earlier age than my generation did. You live in an awesome time to be young.

Too bad we are all going to die soon, right?

True. Your going to miss out on the fun things like paying rent/mortgage, dealing with relationships that last more than a week, being too tired to game all night long.

Sorry, I'm being cynical. There are great things about getting older too, but I miss three month Summer breaks. ;)

At least you can take days off

True. But I usually take days off to travel with my gf instead of game. I love traveling, but I also love gaming. ;)

Exactly. We can't do that in school.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Who has two thumbs and worships Sacha Boren Cohen and is going to see this movie? This Guy!

I'm definitely going to go see it since it looks fantastic. If it's as funny as it looks then it could rival The Avengers.
