No, it just looks like they took the best stuff from smash brothers and made it a whole lot better! The level design looks better and especially their special moves look incredible. Yes they are copying smash brothers but it is the same as every other fps copying Call of Duty because it is good and the formula works!

At least you have the decency to admit it, I've seen idiots already try to deny it haha

I saw the vids, gotta say the footage shown didn't look too impressive. I was kinda interested/curious before, but now I don't think so...

One thing with ring outs though is that some people would essentially "avoid the fight" and try to let other people take each other out so they can catch up. That can't happen here since you have to fill up that bar so you can attain your super and thus gain points. Small changes like this will help keep the game fresh. I mean when was the last time we had a Smash Bros game? The more Smash, the better I say and there's a new roster to boot!

Also about MoH, I believe Crysis 2 took a lot of things about Cod and applied them to its multiplayer, well from what I remember anyways. Like the killstreaks for one.

I take it don't like smash brothers then. I hate smash brothers with a passion but I will admit this looks better than it. That doesn't mean I will buy it though.

But there's nothing to worry about is there? If all these 'copies' Sony are always making are of bad quality, then they'll be criticized in reviews and we'll all know about it, right? Everyone will know that Sony makes all these bad copies of other people's games and that the 'originals' are much better. So what are you worried about? 

After a Wii was spotted in the offices where this was being made, I thought it was pretty obvious it was gonna be a Smash Bros. like game?

Seriously though, who cares if its a copy? Brawl sold over 10M units. You really expect people to not notice that, and try get a slice of the pie?

Well of course they are going to be tight lipped about the full roster! I presume we will hear something about the roster at e3.

I, on the other hand, was interested in buying it. I do like smash brothers and was interested in a similar game since it'll be a while till we get another SBB game, but this did not look like the same level of quality, not even close. I was expecting something more when I'd heard it was going to be a SSB-like game, guess I set the bar too high for this new studio.

I might still end up getting it, depending on what else they show, but for now it looks rather meh imo
