As for the people complaining about Spiderman vs. Batman downvoting, TDK needs to go, and go early at that. Batman is great and all, but we had a great Batman movie already with the original Burton film which was more entertaining, and much less serious which is precisely how movies about a guy that dresses up in a super hero costume should be taken. It will be interesting to see how this goes since there are three Spiderman movies to go through and only one Dark Knight.
