keine ahnung ob du so weit gehen möchest, die miete wegen lärmbelästigung zu kürzen finde ich schon angebracht, wenn es extrem ist - und wenn du dich mit den anderen mietern "verbünden" kannst, wär es sicher eine möglichkeit.

Das ist ne Idee die ich warscheinlich in die tat umsetzen werde, wie gesagt - die ganze Story zieht sich seit Monaten, und auch wenn er endlich "bald" (2,5 Monate) weg ist.. ich will schlichtweg nicht noch solange so weitermachen. Ich denke einige der Mieter hier im Haus werden mich da definitiv unterstützen.

Thats a great idea, i might make use of that, since this stuff goes on for many months now.. and even if he is finally to leave in 2,5 Months, i simply dont want to take all that anymore.  and i think many of the other tenants (is this the right word? o_o) would support me on this, if not do the same. (Criss is talking about paying less for the rent, because of this guy constantly disturbing the peace, and not acting accordingly to the house-rules. he would then probably get sued by the renter(?) for the loss of money that the guy has caused.)

Where is the power souce for the apartments in your building? If it is in a seperate area, try cutting power to his apartment.

I would just keep calling the police, let them listen over the phone line.

you should record the noise and call the cops. that way you have evidence. so far you have handled it like an adult and in a sensible way. Good for you

dunno, at least he has ordered that guy to move out within 3 months... its not that the owner didnt write him a letter because of his behaviour.. he did 3 times. i just talked to the owner yesterday, he said he would try to get him out sooner, but he isnt sure if it works. (and i dont think so, he looks like a pretty shy kind of person.., trying to avoid more conflict.  ... and yes, he might have the wrong job then lol.)

He sounds like a neo-nazi! My god, I say just annoy the shit out of him lol, buy some air horns and go directly to his door and blow them. He comes out and...BOSS battle. Really I would want to punch him from what you described him to be.

Hire an electrician to sabotage his mains.

Take a shit in front of his doorstep.

Put superglue in his door hinges.

Ask the Police to park their car further down the road so they can't see them coming.

Lose your rag, kick down the door and have an epic shoot-out.

He sounds like a complete asshole and a horrible person, in the end, make sure he doesn't get a way with it, make his last 2 and a half months a misery.

As someone who has watched a lot of cop shows I have analyzed a couple key pieces of information and have come up with what's going down. 

I found the first piece of evidence in the OP. When I first read it, it didn't really come across as odd: 

Really, on its own this isn't really anything really special. Anyone would turn down their music to avoid getting in trouble with the cops. It wasn't until I read a later post that this bit of info struck me. 

Here is the second piece of evidence:

Hmm. Now this is really odd. You have two pieces of equipment that are set up to record sound, but neither of them caught anything. Now you can just write it off as a coincidence that both of them happened to fail at the same time. But that is very unlikely. 

So with these two pieces of evidence at my disposal I am left to draw one of three conclusions. 

1. You are schizophenic 
2. It is vampire music so it can't be recorded 
3. There is a gas leak causing you and the woman two stories above you to hallucinate. 

Now since have narrowed it down to just these three things. We have to reevaluate the evidence that we have and add some more in to be analyzed. I think it is safe to throw out number 2. If we look at the fact that it is quiet when the cops get to your house we have to believe that the cops would hear the vampire music in the first place. While going over your OP again I think I ruled out number 1. While it would explain why the cops wouldn't hear anything it wouldn't explain this:

 Obviously if someone else is hearing the music then it isn't in your head. 

And since we have eliminated the former two. We are left with the conclusion that there is a gas leak in your apartment. This would explain why the two of you are hearing it, yet the cops don't. I suggest calling your landlord to fix it.
