) you cant open them with a credit card. .. otherwise i'd be tempted to cut some cables, lol! (i left my key inside once.. dude, it was a pain XD the guy from the keyservice tried to open the door for like 40 minutes with his equipent, i gave him a cigarette and a glas of coke afterwards, since he was pretty much down with his nerves.

hab gerade gelesen, dass man als mieter die miete kürzen kann, wenn man von einem anderen mieter ständig durch lauten lärm belästigt wird. der vermieter kann sich die entgangenen mieteinnahmen dann bei dem lärmverursacher wiederrholen. gibt dazu ein urteil, bei dem die anderen parteien ihre mietzahlungen um 20% kürzten:
keine ahnung ob du so weit gehen möchest, die miete wegen lärmbelästigung zu kürzen finde ich schon angebracht, wenn es extrem ist - und wenn du dich mit den anderen mietern "verbünden" kannst, wär es sicher eine möglichkeit.
