To soon for Fallout 4 so Prey 2 re-announcement, Doom 4 or more likely whatever Machinegames (ex Starbreeze devs) are working on.

It doesn't look like what Tango Gameworks (Shinji Mikami's new studio) is working on.

Would you really want any studio other than CDProjekt RED to handle the adaption of a fantasy novel with adult themes and moral ambiguity? Obsidian would be the natural seccond choice assuming that they were given the budget and time to do it justice.

Bethesda would be my 3rd choice and Bioware 4th.

Bioware would probably make it end by (ME3 ending spoilers) turning Rh'llor into a little child and asking you whether you wanted to fuse the Others and humans, or destroy the Others, or control them.
