Nice to read about a professional port for once. It's a great game and worth a look if you couldn't play it on PC first time around.

KZ3 and UC3 levels arent that big. Developers are using tricks like static scenery to avoid CPU/GPU overload.

If you want to talk about whether or not the Witcher 2 is the best looking console game, start a new thread (which will probably also lead to moderations).

Exactly, just be happy about that instead of arguing if it looks better then a range of totally different games.
Sure The Witcher 2 looks better on pc with the higher resolution, better anti aliasing, better shadows etc, but it also crawled down to 10-15 fps in some places. The hdr lighting also screwed up in the mines making it either bright as daylight or too dark to see anything. Hoppefully that's fixed too.

Uncharted 3 still says hi and laughs

But they did a really good job - Especially with such a small team.
But comparisons between PC and 360 Version still show how much better the PC Version is and if you had that game already last year and at least could play it on low settings you already had the better version.Not to mention playing it maxed out.
