As for The Hangover 2, agreed it was absolutely shit in comparison to the first, I hope they can redeem with the third part next year.
As for Transformers 2, Troll_Whisperer summed it up well, the first one was shit also.

What was wrong with Ironman 2?
I liked more than the orginal, most reviewers barely scored it lower than the first though.
But one of the worst sequels of all time? Get out of here.
Rocky movies generally decreased in quality (and before anyone says anything, the first one won the US Academy Award for best picture).
Godfather was great. Godfather 2 was rare sequel that exceeded a great first movie. Godfather 3 was garbage.

Big Booty Milfs 17 is a timeless classic that defined a generation and reshaped the genre. It was alway going to be difficult to follow. I hear Big Booty Milfs 19 is going back to it's roots.
