Hmm I'm guessing strategy games don't really count as you don't really die (you just get beaten), which counts out most of the last stuff I've been playing.

I guess it'd have to be Skyward Sword - though it was a while ago so I can't really remember how I last died in it. Better not knowing I guess.

I think having sand choke you would hurt.

I will bounce around on giant floating strawberries and bananas and get shot by an enemy appearing out of thin air.

I played League of Legends.
I was Lulu, I died by getting ganged by 4 players with max buff and last hit was a smash. while i had poison and slow as status effects.

yeah even when i was playing it felt painful.
