I can't watch the video on my phone. Doesn't it show gameplay? If so, does it include multiple assassination possibilities or is it linear?
I heard the developers say they wanted to reach a 'broader audience'. That usually means dumbing it down, taking away options, and limiting the gameplay to strict paths. I hope that's not the case.
It's going to be impossible to tell if they dumbed it down or took away multiple paths/options until the game (or leak :P) comes out.
The previous hitman games are pretty awesome... but the controls have always kind of sucked (atleast on PC)... hopefully if they fix it, that's what they mean for "broader audience."
A lot of people said deus ex was going to be shooter heavy based on the look of the trailers, and if anything it ended up being stealth heavy.

Deus Ex is probably one of the few games that hasn't been drastically dumbed down. Most of the times, we have a case like Socom 4 or Splinter Cell: Conviction where the games become extremely linear.
If this and tomb raider are linear, the i'm going to file a divorce paper for Eidos
LET ME LOVE YOU GODDAMNIT!
God, I hope they are not. We'll never see the end of your criticisms.
Thanks for reminding me about Tomb Raider though. I want to edit it in my vote in the most wanted thread.
Naughty Dog I gave a damn about because of two things, Jak and Daxter and because Amy Henniq doing Uncharted instead of doing Legacy Of Kain (by Eidos too btw)
Eidos , i care about every game they make, so if they screw up with that, then you should get off vgchartz or block my posts because there will be one hell of nerdrage.

I'm apprehensive about them making Tomb Raider too much like uncharted from the trailers thus far. But it's eidos/SE and their trailers generally ignore gameplay altogether :P.
Though, the survival island seems neat. But still ugh.
Agent 47 has earned a reputation for being an efficient and merciless assassin. If you're not familiar with his games, you may not know that he's also a great improviser. A new trailer for Hitman: Absolution shows Agent 47 in action, doing his best to remain undetected and also attacking his targets head on. You'll see how he takes advantage of his environments and whatever else is handy in both situations.
The clip below shows how Agent 47 operates in the field. Some of the highlights include using a noisy toy to lure a thug toward his explosive demise, chucking a syringe at an unsuspecting enemy, and using the ever-present red barrel to blast a foe into oblivion. Some of the footage is from an earlier gameplay demo, but there's enough new content in the video to make it worth your time.
Keep an eye out for Hitman: Absolution on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC later this year.
