Find it, I can assure you I didn't say GoW3 looks like crap. I may have said bad in comparision to Gears 3 or other games, but not bad in general.

However I agree about Halo 4, for now Uncharted 3 is the crown, anything can happen with Halo.

I'm sorry you mock a bit of texture blur and return with a photo of sharp angles? Just look at that green light streak....

The light streak is because of the motion blur used in GoW III. And its a game that definitely looks better in motion.

Wow this thread has no end... funny to see Michael-5 trying hard to fit 360 games into a thread that says "objectively" that PS3 is the definitive graphic king... seriously bro, gtfo, there's no point arguing here. And lol at those saying Autovista from F4 is the same as Photomode from GT5... I didn't know you could still control your cars once you took the picture... but maybe in 4D.

And the mesh under the armor is mesh, geez. Still an imperfection, one which is very obvious in gameplay.

Anyway, Halo 4 is a long time from now, Uncharted 3 has the crown, but after that there is lots of room to argue. Getting best graphics in 2009 doesn't mean that Uncharted 2 looks better then every game released since (and many here have put Uncharted 2 above GoW3, and every other PS3 exclusive). We'll have to wait for the gen to end before big websites make a list of best looking games, until then it's your own opinion, and I'm tired of arguing small differences (with people who insist their opinion is right and everyone who disagree's doesn't know the "facts")

Yeah it's crazy. First that horrible Forza 4 shot now a picture of Chief which gets raped by todays Kratos and Nathan Drake. I mean.. it's just.. wow.

And all the long ass texts which have lies in them. First it was Gears 2 being best graphics in 08 which was not the case as MGS4 got more. Then it was Gears 3 being runner up in 2011 which was not the case because its Battlefield 3 and I have enough to prove that, he can just ask me. He also claimed God of War 3 got many graphics awards when it actually got as much as MGS4/UC2 and UC3 but in 2010 ^^.


The guy is probably the most ignorant person I have met on the 360 side. Or well, he's tied with that crysis guy by a margain.

Unless you can find 2x the amount of runner up awards for Gears of War 3, I suggest you gtfo with "X Y and Z all got runner ups". Im sure there are sites that gave it runner up, but I AM TALKING ABOUT A MAJORITY OF SITES = COMPILATON OF AWARDS globally:
Uncharted 3 dominated with 20+.

 

What you have seen is a 2 minute long clip of a game that hasnt got a release date. And many including I disagree. I personally am Emo because I love the Uncharted franchise and I don't want TLOU to look better. Yes, that's a fanboy indeed ^^.

You can put Gears #1 I don't give a shit, but you are straight out lying by saying that it was the Runner Up to 2011's best graphics when it infact didnt win SQUAT! I have a list of 0 awards for it, I want you to extend that; So please go ahead!

I've already told you my stand on what I personally feel to be the best games. What I keep arguing about is what the MAJORITY of CRITICS have GIVEN the most AWARDS to. Not Runner Ups but naturally a Runner Up would be a game that has won the SECOND amount of best graphic awards because it gave the first game a run for its money!

Clearly this obvious way of seeing things will obliterate your agenda thus you are forced to expand the runner ups into many games rather than simply the one that came second. And like that wasnt enough, you are giving awards to "runner ups" rather than winners. And like THAT wasnt enough, you are not using the majority of websites because that STILL isnt helping you.

 

So once again:
Aldro = ALL sites, Based on WINNING an Award thus One game as winner, One game as runner up.
Michael-5 = ONE or FEW sites, Based on RUNNER UP on these thus One or Many games as winner, MANY games as runner up.

I may as well say Gears of War 1 or The Elder Scrolls Oblivion look as good as Unchated 3 as they won Best Graphics in 2006.

While you present a good arguement, I really don't see any reason for thinking PS3 exclusives in general look better then 360's. Look at Digital Foundry or Lens of Truth, games like Gears of War 3 come damn close to Uncharted 3, and that alone says enough. You can't claim MGS4, best graphics of what 2008? looks better then runner up to 2011. There is no reason to assume that, it's all subjective, and regardless the difference is small.

Anyway we ended this a while ago. You said UC3>UC2>GoW3>___(forget, maybe KZ3?)>Gears 3>MGS4/Crysis 2/KZ2/Others

I say Forza 4>UC3>Gears 3>KZ3/Crysis 2/GoW3/MGS4/ Others (Maybe battlefield 3, but I haven't played that off PC).

Why do you need your opinion to be right? Is it so hard to accept others view things differently?

Geez, the PS3 fanbase is strong, can't say anything a hint neutral, must always be PS3 is King....If PS3 is king graphically, and the difference is so huge, why aren't PS3 sales well ahead of 360's? Cause the difference is a joke.
