I believe this is now out in all terrorities, you have to check and see. Anyway, the eShop has been revamped! It now has two shelfs and the filter search is on the home screen for quicker access! Check it!

Even Vita has more Phoenix than 3DS right now: they got two in Marvel Vs Capcom 3 - Wright and the REAL one.
It's that little button on the top right. It's the same as the search tab. You have to update to the latest firmware first to get it. Also, you can now scan QRs from eShop from the settings tab now.
