This is a little more believable than Vita's play.com games. At least they made an effort to assemble the boxes! Should we be hyped? SSB will not come this year, not a chance, but could DK?

That would be AWESOME! It would for sure bring even more sales to the 3DS. I don't think it's real though. Things like leaks usually happen online. Remember the Mario Tennis Leak? It happened online not in a store.
Oh... I just noticed the SSB box, it's a fake. Either that or they are horribly confused about what Mr. Sakurai said.

Super Smash Bros. has been confirmed for a release on both Wii U and 3DS. If you're talking about the 2012 release, that's just a guess by EB Games.
In the first 3DS trailer, there were barrels and bananas, so a DK game for 3DS would only be a matter of time. You're right in that this should be taken with a grain of salt though.
