Well here we go folks, less than 24 hours and people will be bringing their Wii U's home on the East Coast, unfortunately for me, GameStop will be waiting for Sunday morning to hand them out, but clock is ticking.

System running well, no issues beyond a little lag initially browsing menus, but that seems to have gone away for the most part.

Same thing happened to me.  I tried to load Miiverse (was actually trying to load friends list) and it froze at the title screen.  Holding the power button on the gamepad just turned the gamepad off.  Holding the button on the system didn't turn it off even after holding it past 10 secs.  So I just yanked the cord and hoped for the best.  Went back to Miiverse and it loaded fine.  I believe Conegamer stated that his froze at the title screen 3 or so times already when trying to boot up NSMB2.  He had to pull the cord too I believe.  They should release a patch that lets you at least turn the system off on a freeze from the power button on gamepad or system instead of having to pull the power cord.  They should also find out what is causing the crash on program loads and fix it.
