Wondering if Nintendo has the online plattform to be able to sell digital games. They may be getting the support of retailers and then in mid-gen also offer digital sales, quite trollish from their part, but a good move indeed.

Its only a temporary price drop guys, we are only doing it for a short period.

And its not that we prefer Nintendo, we've been doing a massive company wide push on Vita for the past 3 months. In fact Vita is going to have a better launch than I originally thought just because of how big an initiative Gamestop has gotten behind it.

I'm not sure if I like the new, aggressive Nintendo :o They used to be so friendly :(

I think they're only going to have this $150 price for a month. I can't see them lowering the price again even if it's only by $20. If this really is for 1 month only then that's pretty smart seeing that the Vita is launching this month.

Newegg also drops price of 3DS to $149.99.

Wow. So, the question is if they dropped the price in order to compete with Gamestop or because of orders from Nintendo ;)

Why exactly would Gamestop try to lower the sales of a different product that they are selling? lol
